Partial Eclipse this Saturday!

This is just a little plug for our Sun and Moon from the Green Bank Observatory! There will be a partial eclipse of the Sun this Saturday! About 35% of the sun will be covered by the Moon in WV. Remember: Do not look directly at the Sun!! If you have certified eclipse glasses that is an option. But there are other creative ways to observe the event too. Place a colander in front of the sun, and project tiny images of the sun on the sidewalk! A straw hat works as well.
