The purpose of our Industry Advisory Board is to:
- bridge the gap between career development and the workforce needs of industry
- support current college students to persist in STEM programs
- identify professional opportunities to stay in the region
- mentor students to be academically and professionally successful in their field
Industry Advisory Board members have the rewarding opportunity to:
- Join a community of STEM professionals committed to supporting students
- Share opportunities and information from (and with) your network
- Mentor students through an online platform
- Conduct mock interviews
- Present or serve as a panelist at First2 conferences
Our Industry Advisory Board (IAB) meets virtually for monthly meetings.
