Week #2 Campus Updates-Student Director’s Meeting

Blue Ridge CTC- We are on track to have our first campus meeting, September 19th. Also, we will be interviewed and provide testimonials based on the summer immersion program for our research site partner, Rockwool.
Fairmont-
Marshall- Our students started their work with research mentors this week and we sent out a survey form to schedule weekly campus meetings when everyone is available. All students have their First2 accounts set up and know how to navigate/use their time sheets.
University of Charleston- We had our first executive meeting and started making plans for the upcoming semester. We plan to have our first student meeting on Thursday the 9th.
WVU- Our first meeting is 9/12. We are planning events for this year as well as meeting with the institutional teams. We also are planning to do a book club this year.
WVU Tech- We had our second meeting of the semester yesterday. We are planning to do faculty/student bingo with STEM professors at the end of the month. Also, we are considering a volunteering opportunity available at the end of Sept.
