Glenville State University First2

With our institutional team, we have been working hard for this semester. We have held many different events as a team. Our institutional team has been having weekly meetings to go over all of the things regarding the retreat, our PDSA, and different events such as study sessions, student faculty potluck, and handing out candy talking about the First2 club! We completed our PDSA on student-faculty interactions where we hosted a potluck to bring STEM professors and STEM students together, eating lunch and talking to help with belongingness. Our candy event was extremely successful and had 30 people respond to our survey about first-generation students, and STEM, and what they know about that specific topic.
