Campus Club Reports from 9/9/2022

Blue Ridge CTC- We met with Samantha on 9/8/2022 and discussed our Director roles. Our first campus meeting will be on Monday the 12th. We also have a testimonial at Rockwool today to discuss our experience with them during our summer immersion activity. We hope to get more feedback at our club meeting and plan some fun future activities.
Fairmont- We met with Samantha today 🙂 We are using two of our meeting times in the semester for Institutional team meetings. We also are trying to plan some fun activities in October!
Marshall- We are having our first campus meeting tonight at 7pm. Alisha and I have applied for meeting funding from Marshall’s student affairs and registered to table for green and white day on September 17 and November 12 for recruiting new scholars.
University of Charleston- We had our first campus meeting, but had technical difficulties. In two weeks we will be having our first in person meeting and hopefully kicking off a great year of in person club meetings!
WVU- We solidified a game plan for campus meetings every week. We are still in the process of making sure all students have a way to make club meetings. Will be having our meeting with campus faculty this coming week.
WVU Tech- We are still getting our faculty BINGO game plans finished. The Dean of the Engineering College is emailing all the faculty about our plans so we can find a date/time that fits most faculties schedules. We are planning to do a community service project together of cleaning up a local park at the end of September.
