Clubs Reports from Student Director Meetings 9/23/2022

Blue Ridge CTC- We are planning our campus club future activities. We are thinking of going to the Air & Space museum in the future and also are planning an e-sports faction of our group. We are deciding the date/time for our next meeting to discuss this in more detail.

Fairmont- We have a club meeting coming up Tuesday next week. On Friday we are going to a haunted farm with students from forensic club and acs club.

Marshall- We are going to have another meeting on Friday. We are planning to play JackBox games with the students to try and break some of the shyness in our group. We are also planning to table for green and white day.

University of Charleston- We had our first in person club meeting. Students got together and ate some pizza and played some games. We planned some activities for the rest of the semester.

WVU- Working on our book club. We sent out a survey of 5 books for everyone to vote on, and directors have been deciding on what type of bookmarks to purchase/make. We’re also in the process of talking about a Halloween party, and the possibility of a trip to Fright Farm.

WVU Tech- BINGO game is set in place! We will be having our game on Sept 27th. We are expecting around 6 faculty and 12 students attending. We will be providing free food and drinks for the players and it is going to be a really fun time! The club is also volunteering at a local park this Saturday (9/24) and helping clean up the hiking trails and buildings.
