Notice: Setting Zoom cloud recordings to delete after 60 days

Hello all, this note is mostly for working group co-chairs.

To ensure that we don’t go over the 1 GB storage limit for each zoom account, we’ll be setting all zoom recordings that are stored in the cloud to autodelete after 60 days. Since I don’t know if that change will be retroactive, I will wait until Friday, February 25 to make that change on all zoom accounts. That will give you some time to go look at your older recordings and see if you want to download any. Alternatively, you can make the change yourself by logging into zoom.us with your WG account and go to “settings”.
