State Science and Technology Plan Maps the Way for Vibrant WV STEM economy

All of us at the First2 Network should read and digest the Higher Education Policy Commission’s recently released Science and Technology Plan. First, the data presented on our State’s STEM economy is powerful, and provides us all with background information we need to make the case for improving students’ STEM success.
