First2 Member Campus, Shepherd University, Opens a Welcoming Space for STEM Students
Shepherd University held a grand opening of a new welcoming space just for STEM students on September 30th. The space was co-designed by faculty and students as a space where students can study together or just socialize. Institutional Team liaison, Sytil Murphy remarked: “Our grand opening went fantastically. Before the hour was up, we had students studying at a table”. Yay! Instant success!
The opening was also picked up by the local radio station and newspaper. You can read more about it here.
