The Capacity Working Group has evolved into the Industry Advisory Board.

The purpose of the Industry Advisory Board is to bridge the gap between career development and the workforce needs of industry. This board is also intended to allow industry leaders the space to discuss their human resource needs and potentially resolve issues in employee recruiting and retention by partnering with First2 and utilizing First2 students and alumni.
