Student Director Updates from Week Ending 2/3/2023

Fairmont- We had our first campus meeting yesterday. We are planning on helping some of the STEM professors with some of their upcoming projects. Some of our students are going to be at the SOAR awards and the student organization fairs.

Marshall- February 4th is our green and white day which we will be tabling and hopefully recruiting new incoming freshmen to First2’s summer immersion and year program.

University of Charleston- This week we had our first club meeting. We spent the time together eating pizza and planning some events for the rest of the semester. We only meet once every other week, so we planned some different events for the upcoming clubs.

WVU- We are doing our book club meeting tonight and we are thinking of fun activities to do for the semester.

WVU Tech- Next week we are competing in Campus Cup, which is our homecoming game. We will be doing trivia, tug a war, lip sync battle, and other games. We are going snow tubing on February 25th. And we are volunteering at Engineering Day February 18th and will be hosting a fun activity for kids at the Clay Center. Also, Dr. Bui is back from Vietnam!!!!!!!
