Club Reports from Student Directors Meeting 9/16/2022

Blue Ridge CTC- We had our first on-campus club meeting and completed an interview with our Summer Research Site about our Summer Immersion Experience.

Fairmont- We had our first institutional team meeting as a replacement by our campus club meeting. We are planning to do a fun activity around Octoberish.

Marshall- We have our next club meeting next week and we plan on doing peer bonding activities. We also are going to talk about our PDSA and recruitment ideas.

University of Charleston- No club this week, we will be meeting next week. Advisors and student directors joined meeting to talk about the preposed PDSA template.

WVU- We just had our first meeting as well as the first meeting with the institutional teams. We are working on just getting to know everyone as well as start working on our PDSAs for the year. We are also working on selecting a book for our book club.

WVU Tech- We have a tentative date for BINGO now! 5 professors have RSVP and we are hoping more will come once we start advertising it. We are hoping to have 30 people in total for the BINGO game. The club is also volunteering Sept 24th to clean up one of our local parks.
