Campus Updates Week Ending 4/12/2024

Blue Ridge CTC- Held club meeting today, canceled DC trip due to lack of interest. Holding club elections to change leadership in preparation for next school year now.

Fairmont State- We are prepping for Maroon and White Day (April 13th), as well as preparing for our summer bridge program.

Glenville- We held another club meeting today to discuss our upcoming end-of-semester events. Next week, we are setting a table up in our dining hall to hand out treat bags and information about our club to try and get more student interest. We are also having students complete a survey at this event. We are also hosting a study session the Friday before, and Monday and Tuesday of finals week, and we are waiting on PDSA coaching to complete a PDSA for this event. We also finished our PDSA on our student-faculty potluck.

Marshall – We are on dead week next week and plan to take everyone on Sunday to do a fun activity at Malibu Jack in Ashland, KY.

University of Charleston- We hosted our Impromptu Lecture PDSA, and everyone had a great time. We are hosting a senior send off dinner on Tuesday

WVU- The last club meeting was spent planning a presentation for the Ambassador requirement. Next week is the senior recognition party.

WVU Tech We are working on our end of the year event and gearing up for finals.

Shepherd – This week we had our final exams preparatory seminar and worked on getting ready for another event we are doing to help STEM students prep for finals. We put up flyers for that event which is going to include various study rooms for specific classes.
