Campus Updates week ending 3/22/2024

Blue Ridge CTC – Had a club meeting 3/20 and an social event Lunch with IT Dean / Faculty, a guest speaker spoke on soft skills at the meeting.

Fairmont State- We held a meeting discussing the results of the Appalachian Cultures Survey done by Kristy Henson.

Glenville- On Thursday, March 21, we had our student faculty Potluck that helped us with our PDSA cycle. It was pretty successful, and we had 7 students attend and participate in our survey. We also made a presentation for our faculty retreat this weekend at Stonewall Resort.

Marshall- Two of our students went to a conference over their Spring Break with professors at Marshall. We have our first club meeting post- Spring Break this coming Tuesday.

University of Charleston- We will be hosting our BINGO PDSA on Tuesday.

WVU – We had a very successful stem professor panel this week. About 100 students attended. The professors covered a lot of important topics like imposter syndrome and self care. There were also questions asked by the students.

WVU Tech – We are about to finish out the PDSA’s for the year and we are planning an end of the year celebration
