The WV Career Collaborative is a collaborative group to address important STEM workforce issues in the region by connecting people in different parts of the career pipeline. The Collaborative is a strong partner of the First2 Network, as both organizations share common goals centered on experiential and work-based learning, career awareness, and workforce connection opportunities. Together, they are committed to preparing students and job seekers for meaningful career opportunities in the Fairmont region and beyond through collaboration with employers, educators, and community partners.
