THIS CONFERENCE WILL FOCUS ON:
Fostering a culture of learning and collaboration between administrators, student success professionals, First2 institutional team members, and STEM industry professionals.
Promoting interdisciplinary approaches for systems change work aimed at improving and sustaining first-generation and underrepresented STEM student success.
Engaging in discussions about national, state and institutional policies that impact STEM students and identifying actionable steps for advancing meaningful policy changes.
Understanding the impact First2 has had on our partner institutions and how we can further measure and communicate this both within and outside the network.
Highlighting success stories from our institutional teams.
Skill-building in student academic and professional development including resume building, policy advocacy, student engagement/advising, and understanding STEM industry insights.
