Campus Updates from the Week Ending 1/12/24

Blue Ridge CTC: We aren’t back in class yet, we start this upcoming monday. May have first meeting next week, but I (Damian) dropped the ball on getting lead time for this one, so we may have our first one a bit later. Otherwise we’ve yet to meet.

Fairmont State- Our first day back to campus is on the 21st of January. After, everyone is settled in back at school, we will be planning out how the course of our semester will go as a club.

Glenville: This is our first week back and we are having our first meeting today and planning on having meetings bi-weekly to get this semester started with events.

Marshall: Marshall started school this week. Our team has started working on our PDSAs. We will be having our first club meeting soon.

University of Charleston- This is our first week back in class! We are planning to meet next week as a club. Some of our student directors and scholars are planning their CR visits.

WVU – First week back! We have scheduled our first meeting, a hot chocolate social, for January 17th. We will also be continuing our Workshop PDSAs this semester, beginning with a workshop on Excel skills.

WVU Tech- We had our first meeting this week. We are starting several PDSA”s for the semester soon, and are participating in bi-weekly group bonding activities. Several of our students will be completing Hometown Ambassador/College Readiness presentations this month.
